About the role
Time Commitment
- Approx. 5-10 hrs/week throughout the school year (Up to 12 hrs/week during busy times)
Term of Employment
- September 2026 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
-
Works closely with the external team to contact potential mentors
-
Lead the Mentorship program - HR Connect
-
Review mentee applications and connect with suitable mentors
-
Organize an opening and closing event for mentors and mentees
-
Host workshops and events specific to each Mentorship Program.

Organize an event at the end of the year to thank participants and
-
Attend weekly executive team meetings
for the mentorship program

Qualifications

Past event planning experiences is a key asset
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Able to work independently and in a group setting - thrives in a

team-based environment
