As our Product Manager II, you will work in a management capacity to shape the future of our product. You will help build and deliver solutions to better support our caregiving members, enable our internal care teams to more efficiently deliver a world-class experience, and showcase the value of our service to our clients. You will lead efforts around product vision, prioritization, and scoping.

You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Owning and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning stakeholders and leadership while exercising strong judgment to prioritize what gets built and why.
• Hands-On Discovery: Leading a rigorous discovery process by running user interviews, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
• Execution & Collaboration: Working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and data professionals  to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide the development of high-impact features.
• Innovation: Actively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage and deliver step-change improvements to the user experience.
• Ownership & Impact: Defining success metrics, tracking product performance against key business goals, and taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be open to learning, experimenting, and evolving. Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus.

• You are a builder who is energized by learning, experimenting, and evolving. You actively seek to apply emerging technologies, especially AI, to enhance your workflow, build smarter products, and more effectively support the members we serve.
• 4-6 years of experience working with a customer-facing tech platform, with a focus on building and shipping products.
• Ability to obtain, extract, and analyze data to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities.
• A strong technical aptitude, including an understanding of engineering capabilities and a curiosity for leveraging new tools to solve user problems.
• Caregiving or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• A Computer Science degree or engineering background is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of owning, building, and launching successful products and features in an agile environment.
• Experience managing complex projects from ideation to launch, especially with limited resources and competing priorities.
• Strong writing and analytical skills to articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to wear many hats, think on your feet, and build solutions for different customer archetypes.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, resource constraints, and meet targets and demands.
• Responsive and able to act with urgency.
• Emotional Intelligence - You’re self-aware, socially aware, and able to remain objective.
• You seek to understand and adapt to Wellthy’s company culture.
• Interested in learning about and staying up on the various parts of Wellthy.
• Interested in learning and staying up to speed on industry trends, players, and news.

Total Rewards Package

The starting salary for this position is $135,000-$145,000 annually.

Role Requirements: 

To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment.

This is a remote and US states based opportunity. We ask that you work in a location that is:

• Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access

• Given the nature of the material you will be working on and handling, you are required to work from a private, dedicated, distraction-free space
