About the role
Time Commitment
- Approx. 5-10 hrs/week throughout the school year (Up to 12 hrs/week during busy times)
Term of Employment
- September 2026 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
-
Provides leadership and direction to the club organization alongside the President
-
Continually explore potential opportunities for expansion and to collaborate with other clubs and services
-
Coordinate club activities and oversee the planning and execution of events alongside the rest of the executive team
-
Reply to general inquiries and concerns sent through email and other communication platforms
-
Assist other executives with administrative duties and provide support to team members when needed
-
Attend weekly meetings and assist with other club initiatives as needed
Qualifications
-
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
-
Exceptional time-management and organization skills
-
Able to maintain close relationships with other executive members
-
Prior experience in leadership, management, and event planning roles is an asset
-
A strong passion for HR is recommended
