About the role
As a Corporate Relations Coordinator, you will support outreach to peers, alumni, industry professionals, clubs, brands, and external partners. You will help build long-term relationships, develop collaboration opportunities, secure sponsorships, and maintain organized partnership records. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, organized, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in professional outreach and relationship-building.

Time Commitment
- 4-6 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with outreach to peers, alumni, professionals, and external partners
- Support the team in building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Develop collaboration opportunities with clubs and brands
- Secure sponsorships and partnership opportunities for club initiatives
- Maintain organized records of outreach, contacts, and partnership communications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outreach, communications, or partnerships is an asset
- Strong writing and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
