About the role
We’re looking for an Internal Coordinator to support a positive and connected team environment by assisting with socials, team bonding, meetings and check-ins.
Time Commitment
- 4-6 Hours/Week
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing team socials
- Support team check-ins and help promote team engagement
- Support the VP Internal with other team-building and internal initiatives
Qualifications
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working with others
- Brings a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Willing to take initiative and support the team
Anticipated Learning Outcomes
- Develop leadership and team-building skills through supporting a positive team culture
- Gain experience in communication and coordination
- Strengthen organizational and time management skills
- Gain hands-on experience planning and executing team socials
