About the role
Time Commitment
- 5–7 hours per week during regular program periods; 6–8 hours per week during event weeks with reimbursement processing.
Terms of Employment
October 2026 — April 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Support budget tracking and help maintain accurate records of actual vs budgeted expenses
- Assist with processing AMS reimbursements for the team
- Help coordinate vendor payments
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Support the VP Finance in preparing financial updates for exec meetings
- Assist with financial planning across events and initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Comfort with budgeting, tracking, and reconciliation
- Interest in finance, accounting, or operations
- Ability to work with financial documentation and processes
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
