About the role
Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.
We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.
What you’ll shape
You're excited by the intersection of partnerships and digital transformation. Your mission is to build and grow Frontify's existing consultancy partner ecosystem — working with the likes of Accenture, Valtech, and VIM Group — creating lasting relationships with consultancies that guide enterprise customers through major technology decisions.
You'll bring structure, commercial thinking, and momentum to the way we identify, engage, and activate partners. You'll work closely with internal teams to turn partner relationships into long-term value for customers, the business, and the ecosystem around us.
What you’ll do
Identify, convert, and onboard consultancy partners that align with Frontify's growth priorities.
Build trusted relationships with current and new partners working across digital transformation (including DAM) and brand technology.
Develop and track business plans and partner motions that drive revenue, pipeline, and awareness.
Coordinate partner enablement so consultancies and integrators can confidently position, demo, and implement Frontify.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a smooth partner experience.
Track partner performance and use data to inform priorities, improvements, and growth opportunities.
Represent Frontify at conferences and industry events.
Contribute ideas that strengthen our ecosystem and help us scale.
Comfortable with a hybrid work model, spending two days per week in our New York office.
What you bring
