About the role
About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role on the patient-facing product team at a growing digital health company in the urology and gynecology space. You will own the full patient journey across mobile therapy apps, with a mandate to go beyond feature delivery and build products that genuinely drive patient progress and lasting behavior change.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end patient journey, from physician prescription through onboarding, active treatment, and measurable progress.
Apply behavior change mechanics including habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement techniques to help patients build lasting habits.
Drive the urology and gynecology therapy mobile apps across the full product lifecycle on both iOS and Android.
Treat App Store presence, ASO, ratings, and reviews as core product levers, continually improving the funnel from impression to activation.
Design and run A/B tests, interpret analytics, and make product decisions grounded in experimental results.
Evaluate and apply AI tools where they genuinely serve patient and product outcomes.
What We're Looking For
5 or more years of hands-on product management experience shipping consumer mobile apps on iOS and/or Android.
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
Demonstrated experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products.
Strong product judgment and a high bar for intuitive, quality consumer mobile experiences.
High-agency, outcome-oriented approach: you identify what needs doing and own it without waiting for direction.
Working knowledge of behavior change mechanics applied in shipped products.
Data fluency: experience designing experiments, reading dashboards, and acting on results.
AI fluency: active use of AI tools in product work and sound judgment about when AI is and is not the right solution.
App Store Optimization experience, including keywords, screenshots, and ratings management.
Background in digital health, MedTech, or regulated product environments is a strong plus.
Comfort operating in a small, fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
