What We're Looking For
1 to 6 years of experience in operational, business development, or general management roles with measurable business outcomes.

Experience working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of ownership and comfort in ambiguity.
Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) or basic scripting is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments is a plus.
