Senior Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including ownership of complex Apex, Lightning Web Components, and flow-based solutions, and up to 8 years in related roles Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce Service Cloud features, including case management, field service, self-service portals, and automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce flows, integrations, and Lightning components, delivering robust and scalable solutions
• Identify and resolve root causes of Salesforce platform issues, implementing sustainable fixes and optimizing for performance and governor limit compliance
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes
• Drive improvements in Salesforce coding standards, test automation, and CI/CD deployment pipelines using Copado or Gearset
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine CRM requirements, clarify technical constraints, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce production issues, coordinating with DevOps and platform teams to ensure system reliability and health
• Implement and enhance observability for Salesforce org health, including monitoring, alerting, and analysis of debug logs
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Apex development, including triggers, batch classes, queueable jobs, and test classes
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura component development
• Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, field service, and digital engagement
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
• Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL query optimization and bulk data processing patterns
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and source-driven development practices using Git
• Experience with CI/CD deployment tooling for Salesforce, such as Copado or Gearset
• Proficiency in backend and cloud technologies including .NET, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, AWS (EC2, S3, ELB, ASG, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, SQS), Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Terraform, and CDK
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud or wealth management Salesforce configurations
• Knowledge of API management solutions such as Apigee
• Experience with advanced automation frameworks and test-driven development in Salesforce
• Familiarity with observability tools and monitoring solutions for Salesforce environments
• Experience with agile delivery and Scrum methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
