Job requirements
- Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and related technologies, including customization and integration projects Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, delivering optimized Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management capabilities
- Configure and implement Territory Planning strategies within Salesforce Sales Cloud to maximize sales coverage and resource allocation, tracking improvements via performance metrics
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Platform components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with Genesys and other third-party systems to streamline agent workflows and improve customer service outcomes, measuring impact on response times and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain custom agents and AI frameworks for advanced automation and data-driven decision making, monitoring adoption and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of Sales & Service Cloud features, supporting user training and feedback collection
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and custom integrations, reducing downtime and improving system reliability
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging OpenAI and other AI technologies to enhance sales processes and user experience, reporting on process enhancements Required Skills:
