Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Retail Operations Coordinator, on the Ops Solution team, you will support the successful execution of retail operations projects and Day to day execution across the store network. Acting as a key connection between stores and Ops Sol Program Managers, you will coordinate communications, maintain operational resources, track deliverables, and support the implementation of programs that enhance the store experience.
You will help ensure stores have the tools, information, and support they need to execute consistently and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Meet Your Future Team:
The Operational Solutions team designs the ideal conditions for stores to get everything done. We act as a cornerstone of our channel team, and we are the conduit between the retail stores and the cross-functional partners at HQ. Based at HQ, Operational Solutions is responsible for representing stores in cross-functional projects; partnering to create clear, concise store communications, implement programs to stores, develop store operating frameworks and define recurring processes.If you were the Retail Ops Coordinator, Operational Solutions now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Coordinating operational projects and supporting the execution of retail programs across the OPS SOL Program Managers team
- Partnering with OPS SOL and developing and submitting store communications to ensure teams have clear and timely information
- Pull and maintain project reporting for Ops Solutions Project Managers' day-to-day programs
- Supporting and editing in the upkeep of store operations resources, procedures, and documentation
- Partnering with IT on ticket support and escalation
- Coordinate non-merch forecasting and ordering with vendors (hangers, shoppers, gift cards)
- Collecting, organizing, and summarizing operational data to help identify trends and support team decision-making
- Partnering with Ops Sol Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, track action items, and ensure alignment on projects
- Monitoring stores feedback through the Retail inbox and escalating operational challenges to the appropriate partners
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and business updates for internal stakeholders
- Assisting with pilot programs, operational launches, and process improvement projects
- Supporting stores by responding to operational inquiries and connecting teams with the appropriate resources

- Contributing to continuous improvement projects that improve the store experience and operational effectiveness
Are you the next Retail Ops Coordinator, Operational Solutions?
- You have a degree or post-secondary education in business, operations, or project management, or equivalent experience
- You have 1+ years of experience supporting retail operations, project coordination, or store-based initiatives
- You have 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment
- You are exceptionally organized, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- You are open and approachable, with a customer-service focused mentality
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- You can multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities working in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong project coordination skills and are comfortable tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- You are proficient in tools like Excel and Smartsheet,
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living
Compensation:
- The salary range for this role is: CAD$71,000 - CAD$93,000
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
