About the role
Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:
As the Vice President, Global Brand Operations, you will define and lead the operational vision for the brand and marketing function globally, ensuring alignment with our Long-Term Strategic Plan and broader business objectives. You will drive marketing and creative innovation, modernize the operating model to deliver greater agility and personalization, and shape a future-focused global operations team that enables the brand to remain deeply authentic while delivering greater impact at scale.
You will play a critical role on the global brand leadership team, driving consumer-led process transformation as we continue to grow rapidly into a global brand — leading a talented internal team, evolving operational excellence across key functional areas worldwide, and building the systemic cohesion that powers the entire brand organization.
You bring deep expertise in building, scaling, and transforming global marketing operations at a high-growth company, at pace and at scale — one that accelerates marketing effectiveness and optimizes ROI across channels and regions. You will lead and integrate the global teams responsible for Go-to-Market execution, Creative Operations and Services, Marketing Project Management, and Campaign Management, partnering closely with regional marketing teams to ensure global-to-local alignment and effective delivery across all markets.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Brand Operations team is a highly committed, and collaborative global group of Producers, Project Managers, and Operators responsible for defining and evolving processes, leading workflow, and the end-to-end production of ecommerce content, brand and product campaigns, and projects — working in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization.
If you were the Vice President, Global Brand Operations now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Setting the global Brand Operations strategy and operating model — establishing and evolving the long-term vision and roadmap in line with the Long-Term Strategic Plan; defining the operational standards, frameworks, and ways of working that regional leaders adopt globally to ensure GTM, creative, project, and campaign work is planned and executed consistently while enabling locally relevant delivery
- Exploring and evolving the global x regional operating model to support brand and business objectives
- Modernizing the marketing operating model for agility and personalization at scale — leading the transformation of processes, tools, and ways of working to increase speed-to-market, enable data-driven and personalized campaign execution, and build a more agile, tech-enabled function fit for a high-growth global brand
- Owning end-to-end Go-to-Market, Creative Services, and Project Management execution — partnering with senior Brand leaders on calendaring, resource planning, and cross-functional gates; ensuring creative infrastructure, workflows, vendor relationships, and resourcing models deliver best-in-class output globally; and driving enterprise-level clarity, accountability, and reporting across all major brand initiatives
- Leading Campaign Management and the Brand Operations technology stack — ensuring integrated campaigns are planned, resourced, and executed with rigor from brief through performance tracking, while owning the project management, workflow, and digital asset management (DAM) platforms that power the function, including governance of asset rights, usage, and licensing compliance
- Managing the Brand Operations P&L and global vendor/agency ecosystem — optimizing operational spend against strategic priorities in partnership with FP&A; and leading agency and vendor strategy including roster management, RFP/tender processes, contract negotiation, and performance reviews
- Driving global-to-regional alignment and governance — developing and implementing consistent Brand Operations standards across channels and markets worldwide. Establishing processes which support and enable global brand cohesion with local relevance, including global, regional and local marketing ways of working. Also responsible to maintain an enterprise-wide view of operational risk and dependencies; and establishing a clear process for managing urgent or reactive requests without derailing planned workflows
- Building organizational capability and driving continuous improvement — overseeing and developing a high-performing global team; leading change management and process redesign to increase agility and reduce cost; presenting business reviews and recommendations to senior leadership; and using an operations scorecard (throughput, cost-per-asset, campaign velocity, budget variance) and analytics to improve resource allocation and decision-making, incorporating responsible production practices where relevant
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies — including AI-powered production tools, workflow automation, and campaign management platforms
- Leading the development of a globally scalable brand operating framework that supports new markets, categories, or business models
- Future-proofing the operations model through real-time campaign optimization, data-driven resource allocation, and agile cross-functional delivery
Are you our next Vice President, Global Brand Operations?

- You have proven experience building and transforming global marketing operations for a high-growth company, at pace and at scale, with a track record of building operational infrastructure and governance frameworks that translate strategy into scalable execution
- You have led the modernization of a marketing operating model to deliver greater agility, speed, and personalization at scale, with strong command of MarTech, workflow, and digital asset management tools

- You are an inspiring, adaptable leader and communicator — proactive in solving root causes, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to align diverse stakeholders and drive action through influence, credibility, and trust
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
