Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Specialist to join our team at our luxury association, One Steuart Lane, located in San Francisco.
The Lifestyle Specialist will oversee amenity readiness, coordinate engaging resident events and activities, develop relationships with local businesses and service providers, and help create a thoughtful, elevated lifestyle experience for the community.
Compensation: $34.00- $36.00 per hour Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday; 8:00 AM- 4:30 PMJob Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect community amenities to ensure they are clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for resident use, including:
- Lounge and Dining Room
- Wellness Center
- 2nd Floor Terrace
- Promote personalized lifestyle services that support residents’ private events, equipment setup, restaurant reservations, and connections to trusted service providers.
- Guide residents through applicable event procedures, agreements, fees, certificates of insurance, and other requirements.
- Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for resident events and experiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging social events and activities for the community.
- Ensure all events are thoughtfully planned and executed in alignment with established community standards.
- Lead the community’s holiday experience, including the annual holiday celebration, private hosting opportunities, available services, and seasonal décor program.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure everyone is informed of event details and prepared to provide exceptional support.
- Maintain a proactive and thoughtful approach to event marketing and communications to maximize resident awareness and participation.
- Research and recommend unique social and cultural experiences throughout the greater San Francisco community.
- Research, coordinate, and manage third-party vendors and experiences across a variety of categories, including:
- Social & Entertainment
- Arts & Culture
- Wellness
- Food & Wine
- Sporting Events
- Holiday Experiences
- And more
- Identify opportunities to introduce residents to new and engaging experiences both within the community and throughout San Francisco.
- Maintain accurate records and archives of events and activities for easy reference.
- Ensure operating supplies, storage areas, and event materials are organized and maintained to established standards.
- Develop and manage assigned budget lines related to lifestyle services and events.
- Establish an effective cadence for ordering supplies while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct cost analysis when appropriate to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Work independently and confidently while maintaining strong communication with leadership and the broader team.
- Serve as a member of the guidance team and consistently model professionalism, exceptional service, and established service standards.
- Collaborate across departments to support the success of resident events, services, and community needs.
- Be a flexible and dependable team player who is willing to step in and support the collective success of the team.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
- Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat and positive team player attitude
- Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
- Proactive customer service approach
