Why we're hiring:
As we scale Open Intelligence (OI) across global markets and expand our partner ecosystem, we are seeking a Senior Platform & Partner Manager to lead platform adoption, market onboarding and external data-partner integrations.
This role will help transition OI from early market rollout into a robust, repeatable global operating model. You will establish scalable processes, playbooks and governance that enable consistent onboarding and adoption across markets.
You will work at the intersection of data platforms, technical implementation, program execution and partner enablement, taking partner capabilities from post-commercial handoff through technical integration, testing, launch and ongoing operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate the technical onboarding and operational rollout of external data, supply-side and ad tech partners into the OI ecosystem.
- Facilitate implementation workflows, including cloud environment setup, tagging, application programming interface (API) and server-to-server (S2S) validation, testing and operational readiness.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to track onboarding progress, sequence technical dependencies, troubleshoot integration issues and remove delivery blockers.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for partners during onboarding, supporting the transition from commercial agreements into live technical operations.
- Develop and maintain the global roadmap for data-partner onboarding and platform adoption, translating complex technical requirements into repeatable workflows, playbooks, documentation and governance frameworks.
- Define support structures, escalation paths and quality standards, while establishing scalable run-and-operate models that enable local market teams to use new platform capabilities independently over time.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility across integration streams, continuously improve rollout frameworks and operational tooling, and help shape the long-term operational strategy for OI and connected partner solutions.
Who you'll be working with:
You will work side-by-side with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Product and Engineering: Aligning technical requirements, dependencies, testing and delivery priorities.
- Data Strategy and Commercial teams: Connecting partner capabilities to market and business needs.
- Regional market teams: Supporting onboarding, adoption and the transition to sustainable local operations.
- External data, supply-side and ad tech partners: Managing operational relationships from integration through launch and ongoing support.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in AdTech, programmatic media, supply-side platforms (SSPs), CTV/ATV, media technology or a closely related data or platform environment.
- Experience managing external technology or data partners across the integration lifecycle, from commercial handoff through testing, launch and ongoing operations.
- Technical fluency across APIs, S2S integrations, tagging, data flows, cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure, and data-ingestion architecture.
- You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable translating technical detail, asking informed questions and problem-solving with engineering teams.
- Strong program and dependency management skills, with experience coordinating multiple complex integration streams across matrixed environments.
- A demonstrated ability to build structure in evolving, fast-paced environments by creating playbooks, governance models, operational procedures and support frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery and continuous improvement.
