Role Summary and Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality hiring across Brazil while helping shape a more connected and scalable Talent Acquisition model across the Americas. You will work closely with market CEOs, CPOs, People leaders, Resource Management, hiring managers, and the wider TA organization to:
- Develop and deliver practical hiring strategies and plans aligned to business priorities across Brazil.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing insight on talent markets, candidate expectations, compensation, and hiring feasibility.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring quality, pace, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and TA colleagues, balancing team capacity, hiring demand, and changing business priorities.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex, senior, confidential, or business-critical searches, while remaining hands-on where needed.
- Drive consistent TA practices, data discipline, sourcing strategies, and ways of working across assigned markets while respecting local market and cultural nuances.
- Partner with Americas TA leadership and peer market leads to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to broader TA transformation, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a complex, matrixed, regional, agency, media, marketing services, or professional services environment.
- Experience leading recruitment across Brazil, with strong understanding of the local talent market and Portuguese-speaking candidate landscape.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, People/HR teams, and hiring managers.
- Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating recruiters or TA colleagues while maintaining hands-on recruitment credibility.
- Strong sourcing and talent intelligence capabilities, including direct sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development.
- Strong analytical and operational skills, with experience using recruitment data, ATS/CRM tools, and metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
