About the role
About The Position
WEKA is transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI and accelerated compute workflows with NeuralMesh™, our intelligent, adaptive mesh storage system. Unlike traditional data infrastructures, which become more fragile as compute environments grow and performance demands increase, NeuralMesh becomes faster, stronger, and more efficient as it scales, providing a flexible, adaptable foundation for enterprise and agentic AI innovation that maximizes GPU utilization, accelerates time to first token, and lowers the cost of innovation.
WEKA is a growth-stage company backed by world-class venture capital investors and AI infrastructure industry leaders. Our technology, purpose-built for AI, has garnered over 140 patents and is trusted by more than 30% of Fortune 50 enterprises, as well as the world's leading hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI innovators. Our team is customer-obsessed and works accountably, boldly, and collaboratively to ensure their success. If we sound like your kind of people, join us!
Taiwan and China are home to the world's dominant ODM/OEM manufacturing base for AI server infrastructure. This role sits at the center of WEKA's strategy to embed NeuralMesh into the rack-scale AI systems designed and shipped by these partners to hyperscalers, neoclouds, and sovereign AI builders globally. It combines strategic partner ownership with hands-on execution — exec-level access across partner organizations, paired with doing the day-to-day work of making joint deals happen.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow WEKA's OEM/ODM relationships across Taiwan and China, serving as the primary point of contact across sales, pre-sales, product, engineering, and executive teams at each partner.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market and account plans aligned to each partner's design-win cycles, product roadmaps, and target customer segments.
- Lead with AI infrastructure — position WEKA as the data platform of choice across each partner's AI server and rack-scale portfolios, from GPU reference designs to custom hyperscaler builds.
- Identify and develop cross-partner opportunities where multiple ODM/OEM relationships intersect, delivering integrated, differentiated solutions for shared customers.
- Secure executive-level sponsorship and alignment across partner organizations where it matters, while staying hands-on with the operational work day to day.
- Enable partner sales and technical teams with the messaging, tools, product knowledge, and deal support needed to position WEKA effectively in customer opportunities.
- Coordinate co-selling activity end to end: opportunity registration, account mapping, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and follow-through on action items.
- Support partners through solution design, proof-of-concept planning, pricing and commercial coordination, and escalation management, in collaboration with WEKA sales, solutions architecture, product, and support teams.
- Track regional market developments, competitive activity, partner product roadmaps, and customer demand to identify new routes to market.
- Represent WEKA at partner meetings, customer briefings, industry events, and ecosystem activities across Taiwan and China.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and partner activity reporting; communicate progress, risks, and support needs clearly to regional and global leadership.
Desired Qualifications
- Deep, established connections across Taiwan's ODM ecosystem and/or China's server OEM landscape are a significant advantage for this role — existing relationships with decision-makers at these organizations meaningfully shorten the ramp.
- 8+ years of experience in technology sales, channel sales, alliance management, or business development, ideally supporting OEM, ODM, server, storage, or AI infrastructure partnerships.
- Practical experience working with two or more of Quanta, AIC, Wiwynn, Foxconn/Ingrasys, Wistron, Inventec, Gigabyte, Inspur, Lenovo, or H3C, with a solid understanding of each organization's design-win process, engineering-led culture, and go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with the AI infrastructure ecosystem, including GPU servers, accelerated compute, storage, cloud, HPC, or data center platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both levels — securing executive alignment on strategy and doing the hands-on execution work (account mapping, forecasting, POC support) yourself.
- Strong relationship-building skills across commercial, technical, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic judgment to prioritize across a broad partner portfolio without losing sight of the highest-leverage opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin Chinese and English. Professional fluency in Traditional Chinese is strongly preferred; ability to work effectively in Simplified Chinese is highly valued.
