About Upflow
Upflow is the Financial Relationship Management (FRM) platform that helps B2B finance teams collect smarter and get paid by their customers faster, with AI agents working alongside the team.
Today, the order-to-cash process is mission critical for businesses, yet it remains fragmented across tools, teams, and workflows. Upflow brings this entire process into one system — four products covering the cycle from invoice to cash (Insights, Collections, Payments, and Cash Application), with AI agents that work alongside the team and a shared intelligence layer underneath.
We serve 500+ companies across 30+ countries, including Vercel, Lattice, and Productboard, and are backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, Hedosophia, Hexa, and Lorimer. With teams across the US and Europe, we're building a category-defining company at the intersection of finance, payments, and AI.

Defined pathway — This is a structured 6-month internship designed to immerse you deeply in the workings of Upflow’s CEO office.
Truly international culture — English is our primary working language across both our Paris and NYC offices: in every meeting, document, and Slack message. Our team brings together 10+ nationalities, and that diversity is core to how we build and think.
Clear principles, real ownership — We operate by a set of defined operating principles that shape how we work together day-to-day: radical ownership, working in small batches, mastering our craft, and having each other's back. Hands-off management, strong autonomy.
A rare business milestone — We turned breakeven in 2025 while growing 70% YoY: a combination you rarely see in tech. As our business model evolves toward efficient, profitable growth, the next phase will be one of the most exciting chapters yet.

Recruitment process
1 - Screening call with Louis, Director of Operations
It’s a discussion with your future manager. We’ll get deeper into your expertise and know-how. We’ll also give you a clearer view of what your day-to-day in that role is like. It’s a good opportunity to see if you foresee yourself working at Upflow.
2 - Home assignment
Your time to shine! You’ll be given a home assignment. Yes, it is designed to assess your skills. But it’s also designed to give you a better taste of what being part of Upflow is like. Again, hiring is a two-way street! Ultimately: we believe assignments are a great way to control our biases. We care about what you do — not your schooling, your social background, or how you identify.
This home assignment is expected to take you no more than 2-3 hours of work.
3 - Home assignment review
Louis will debrief your case with you. Hiring managers at Upflow are looking for team players: taking and giving feedback is key to thriving with us!
4 - Team interviews
You'll be invited to meet (A) our current Founder Associate, so you can discuss what being in this role is and feels like, and (B) our Finance Director.
5 - Founder interview
Meet with Alex, our co-founder & CEO. He will tell you everything about Upflow’s vision and values. It’s a privileged moment to ask questions, too.
