As an International Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for owning high-priority searches across EMEA and other global markets, with a focus on Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and broader business recruiting. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define search strategy, map regional talent markets, engage passive candidates, and drive high-quality hiring decisions with speed and precision.

Your success will be measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of hires across TRM’s international business functions.

The impact you will have:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international business roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions.

• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and closing approach.

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional talent across EMEA and other global markets.

• Develop regional talent maps across priority markets, including high-performing companies, competitor talent, referral-driven networks, and specialized candidate communities.

• Create an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects TRM’s talent bar, mission, and operating principles.

• Use data, market insights, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and refine recruiting strategy in real time.

• Drive urgency and decision quality across searches by facilitating clear calibration, structured feedback, and timely hiring decisions.

• Continuously improve international recruiting processes, including intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing strategy, debrief rigor, and offer execution.

• Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to navigate international hiring considerations and keep searches moving efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong experience supporting international business hiring in high-growth technology companies.

• Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.

• Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, with the ability to adapt search strategy by region, function, and candidate profile.

• Strong search fundamentals, including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, candidate assessment, and closing.

• Ability to quickly understand complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, operations, and other functions.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, market data, and candidate pipeline quality, then translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence hiring managers, push back thoughtfully, and operate as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize market insights, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly for stakeholders.

• High ownership, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, specialized, and business-critical searches.

• Ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment with strong overlap across EMEA and U.S. business hours.

About the Team:

• Our talent team is fully remote, embracing async communication and collaboration through Slack channels, thorough documentation, and proactive updates to keep work moving forward smoothly across time zones.

• We’re committed to structured alignment, holding weekly hiring syncs for each role, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and to solve challenges collectively.

• Driven by a dedication to our craft, we continuously refine our best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates, supported by precise, reliable reporting.

• As a globally distributed team, we operate across various time zones, yet most of us overlap for collaboration and meetings between 7am-12pm PST, bringing flexibility and resilience to our work routines.

• All team members, regardless of location, maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours to enable real-time collaboration and drive solutions effectively across the team.

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

• Within 72 hours of a role opening, you've scheduled the intake, researched and published the role, and brought 5 calibration profiles to the intake for the hiring manager to review.

• Within a week of opening the role, you've mapped the total addressable market, built a shortlist of the top 30 profiles, conducted 5–10 recruiter screens, and stood up the full interview process — including the approved questions that define what good looks like on a recruiter screen.

• Two weeks after the initial interviews, you analyze the data to identify what is and isn't driving pass rates and conversions, share insights and recommendations with the hiring team, and continue to monitor and adjust until the position is filled.

Our Onboarding Process:

• Within your first 30 days, you’ll be fully onboarded, calibrated, and operating as the DRI for your positions.

• Within your first 60 days, you’ll have your first sourced candidates reaching final rounds.

• Within your first 90 days, you’ll have made 2–3 hires.

The following represents the estimated range of compensation for this role:

• Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The compensation details listed in this posting reflect the US base salary only

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $153,000 - $172,000.

• Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.

• Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States.
