About the role
We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones.
Currently, we are looking for a Sales Director for RNK Health.
About RNK Health
RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, our own funnels, and our own sales and support team.
What this job is
You own what happens to a lead once it's in the building: who works it, how it gets worked, and what the team says on every call and text. If revenue per lead goes up, that's you. If it goes down, that's also you.
This is hands-on. You'll listen to calls, rewrite scripts, live in the numbers, and coach people every day. You'll partner closely with our Sales Operations Manager, who owns the systems and deliverability underneath you — you set the strategy and the words; they make the machine run.
What you'll own
Lead flow and distribution. Decide who gets which leads and when. Set the rules for speed-to-lead, call and text cadence, and what happens on no-answer. Make sure your best closers aren't idle while good leads go cold. (Sales Ops builds the routing; you own the strategy behind it.)
The sales team. Hire, train, coach, and motivate the reps. Run daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones. Set clear, visible targets. Own the leaderboard and keep competition healthy, not toxic. Handle reps who aren't hitting their numbers.
Scripts and messaging. You own the opening lines, objection handling, follow-up texts, voicemail drops, and email copy — what we say and why. You decide what gets tested; Sales Ops runs the test cleanly and reports the result. You keep a written record of what won and what lost so we stop retesting the same ideas.
Numbers and performance. Own the sales side of the dashboard: contact rate, connect rate, close rate, AOV, and revenue per lead. Report weekly with a daily pulse checking. Spot the leak before anyone else — and know whether it's a people problem (yours) or a systems problem (Ops').
Compensation and motivation. Own the comp and incentive structure for the team. Build plans that drive the behavior we want and adjust them as the numbers tell you to.
Staying legal. We're healthcare — the rules are strict. Every script, text, and email you put in reps' mouths must follow health privacy rules (HIPAA), calling and texting laws, and our subscription disclosure rules. You work closely with compliance and Sales Ops. Never let a rep say something we can't back up.
Who we're looking for
Five or more years running a sales team, with at least two as the person in charge
You've run a call center or inside sales team working leads from paid ads
You're comfortable living in a spreadsheet and can prove a change worked with real numbers
You can write — scripts, texts, and emails that sound human and still convert
You coach hard and care about your people at the same time
You know your way around dialers and CRMs well enough to be dangerous — but you'll have a Sales Ops Manager to own the plumbing
Nice to have
Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business
You've built a comp plan from scratch and seen how it changes behavior
Experience partnering with a sales or rev-ops function
First 90 days
Days 1–30: Learn the product, listen to 100+ calls, map every step of the current sales process, and hand us a written list of the biggest leaks — flagging which are people/script and which are systems (for Ops).
Days 31–60: Own lead-distribution strategy, launch the daily leaderboard, and get your first three script tests running with Sales Ops.
Days 61–90: Show a measurable lift in revenue per lead and a clear plan for the next quarter.
How to apply
Send your resume plus a short note answering two questions:
Describe a time you increased revenue per lead. What did you change, and what were the numbers before and after?
A rep is closing well on the phone, but their follow-up texts convert poorly. How do you diagnose and fix it?
We read every note. Generic applications get skipped.
