About the role
The Second Year Representatives rotate between portfolios and lead select events throughout the year.
Time Commitment
Approx. 5-10 hrs/week throughout the school year
Term of Employment
September 2026 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
- Generate interest in the club's events and programs, especially towards second-year students using your own creative outlets
- Shadow different portfolios and help where needed
- Contribute to the overall planning and organization of our events
- Attend weekly meetings and assist with other club initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Cooperative, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve, strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong desire to learn and ability to quickly adapt to new skills
- Able to maintain close relationships with other exec members
- Prior volunteer experience is an asset
