Marketing Coordinator

Two Marketing Coordinators will support the VP Marketing in creating content and running promotional campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
  efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Interest in social media and content creation (video editing is an asset).

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the VP Marketing in creating graphics, photo, and video content for Instagram.
• Help brainstorm creative ideas for Reels and other promotional content.
• Schedule and publish posts based on the VP Marketing's promotional calendar.
• Help staff marketing events such as boothing, contests, and giveaways.
• Participate in regular in-person team meetings.
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed to deliver one of the best experiences to the graduating class.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes

• Practical experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Improved graphic design and video editing skills through hands-on experience.
• Enhanced project management skills through involvement in planning and executing the graduation night.

Time Commitment

Approximately 6 hours per week, with an increase to 10 hours during peak planning periods.
