Tenstorrent builds AI and RISC-V compute hardware and licenses its technology to partners worldwide. The Corporate Development Analyst supports the strategic deals side of the team, coordinating the partnerships, business development, and commercial transactions that expand Tenstorrent’s reach. The role suits a highly organized early-career candidate who can manage many workstreams at once, keep deal processes on track, and support senior colleagues who work directly with the C-suite.
This role is remote, based out of Santa Clara,CA; Austin,TX; Boston,MA; Toronto,ON or New York, NY.

Who You Are
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to keep many workstreams moving without letting anything slip.
- A clear communicator who coordinates smoothly across internal teams and external counterparties.
- Analytically capable and comfortable working with data, research, and financial information.
- Early in your career, eager to take ownership and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Interested in semiconductors, data centers, and AI.
What We Need
- Coordinate deal processes end to end, from scheduling and trackers to follow-ups and document management.
- Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene across partnerships, business development, and strategic sales.
- Prepare research, briefing notes, and meeting materials for the team and senior leadership.
- Support diligence and data-room organization across active strategic deals.
- Draft and manage internal and external communications that keep deal workflows on schedule.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
