About the role
About TensorWave
Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Operations Analyst to help scale the systems, processes, data, and programs behind TensorWave’s growing recruiting organization. Partnering closely with your manager, you’ll help keep recruiting operations running smoothly while improving how we work as the company grows.
Your primary focus will be recruiting operations, systems, and data and analytics, including ATS data and reporting, workflow improvements, and recruiting programs. You’ll also support projects across talent branding, recruiting events, and early-careers hiring.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with data, and turning ambiguity into clear, repeatable processes.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting Operations & Programs
Support day-to-day recruiting operations and help keep recurring workflows, programs, and projects running smoothly.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, documentation, and ways of working.
Coordinate recruiting projects from planning through execution, including timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and follow-through.
Support ATS workflows, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Create and maintain documentation, templates, and operational resources for the recruiting team.
Recruiting Data & Analytics
Maintain and analyze recruiting and ATS data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into recruiting performance, funnel health, and hiring progress.
Support ad hoc analysis, identify trends or data issues, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Talent Branding, Events & Early Careers
Support talent branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, conferences, events, and other talent attraction programs.
Support intern and early-careers recruiting, including candidate activities, events, reporting, and program operations.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, talent operations, recruiting analytics, or a related area.
Hands-on experience working with an ATS and a strong understanding of recruiting workflows and data.
Strong comfort working with data, including organizing and analyzing datasets, identifying trends or inconsistencies, and turning data into useful insights.
Experience building and maintaining recruiting reports, dashboards, or other recurring analytics.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including experience working with formulas, pivots, lookups, and larger datasets.
Strong project and program coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Experience improving processes or workflows and translating operational problems into practical solutions.
High attention to detail, particularly when working with systems, data, and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment while collaborating closely with others.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ashby or another modern ATS.
Experience with BI/reporting tools, data visualization, or workflow automation.
Experience supporting recruiting programs, employer branding, events, university recruiting, or intern hiring.
Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization.
