Our team at TELUS Digital. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity . This role can be located in Noida

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to develop and maintain critical analytics modules within the TAC analytics platform. The majority of this role is developing code and visualizations using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Looker product to provide our customers with a productized and self-service capable analytics solution embedded in our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in GCP Looker (Looker Core, not Studio)

• LookML and User-defined Dashboard Expertise

• SQL development and core competency in modeling data relationships

• Expert in all aspects of GCP Looker development

• Experience in other BI platforms a plus

• GCP BigQuery experience a plus

• Ability to gain expertise in multiple business data domains

• Problem-solving and application support capabilities

• Team-oriented

• Effective written and verbal communicator

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Bonus Points

• Terraform use for templating, Looker extensions, CI/CD

• JIRA and Confluence for work item management and documentation
