With our modular Agentic Decision Platform, customers combine AI agents, rules, relevant context, and human oversight to safely automate and optimize their decisions—approving more customers, reimbursing claims instantly, stopping fraud before it spreads, and financing every business worth funding. Founded in 2020, Taktile powers millions of decisions daily for institutions including Mercury, Monzo, Faire, and Pleo. With offices in New York, Berlin, London, São Paulo, and Iași, the company has raised $184M from Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Balderton Capital, and Y Combinator.
About the role
You'll build and run Sales Enablement as its sole owner — defining how we onboard, coach, and equip the sales team from the ground up. The ultimate outcome is faster ramp for new sales hires, higher win rates, and a sales process the whole team actually runs on.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to our CRO. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and RevOps - owning onboarding and ramp, building the sales enablement content and playbooks reps use in live deals, and helping the team get more consistent value out of the systems we already use.
What you'll do
Build Onboarding & Ramp
Design and own a structured onboarding and certification program for new AEs/SDRs that gets them to full productivity faster
Build a ramp curriculum covering product, ICP, competitive positioning, and sales process
Track ramp-time and time-to-first-deal, and iterate the program against those numbers
Own Sales Content & Enablement
Build and maintain the playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides reps use across every stage of the deal cycle
Partner with product marketing to translate positioning and customer evidence into field-ready content
Keep the content library current as product, competition, and messaging evolve
Optimize the Sales Process & Drive RevOps Enablement
Define and continuously improve Taktile's sales process and methodology so qualification and forecasting are consistent across the team
Support CRM adoption - make it easy for reps to keep HubSpot up to date
Partner with RevOps on attribution and pipeline reporting, so leadership can trust the numbers when making calls
Coach & Support Deal Execution
Use Gong to review live calls, identify coaching opportunities, and feed patterns back into content and training
Support sales leadership with deal strategy input - qualification, objection handling, and demo coaching
Run recurring enablement motions (deal reviews, skill-building sessions, new-release trainings) that keep the team sharp beyond onboarding
What you'll need
5 years of total experience split across sales enablement and quota-carrying sales roles - you know what "good" sounds like in a deal, and how to build the programs that get reps there
Proven track record building onboarding/ramp programs and sales content (playbooks, battlecards) that reps actually use
Experience standing up or evolving a sales process/methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar)
Comfortable building a function end-to-end in a lean, fast-moving environment
Comfortable partnering with RevOps on attribution and reporting
Strong writing and content instincts - a PMM-adjacent skill set is a plus
Nice to have
Experience with HubSpot, Gong, and Notion
Background in B2B SaaS or fintech
Experience in both startups and scale-ups

We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears.
