Our Mission is to provide a fast, quality car wash with friendly-spirited engagement and integrity.   What do we need?    As a Vehicle Valet, you will help create a smooth, safe, and welcoming full-service experience for our customers. You will greet customers, assist them as they exit their vehicles, and safely drive customer vehicles onto and off the tunnel conveyor. You will also operate the sending station, properly position vehicles for the wash process, and clean the inside windshield before moving each vehicle to the designated area.    A successful candidate will be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and moving frequently between seated and standing positions. You must be highly motivated, dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We will provide extensive hands-on and online training for all team members.

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable driving various makes, models, and sizes of vehicles.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Basic Computer Skills
• Highly developed communication skills – Bilingual a plus!
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them as they exit their vehicles – Start Every Visit with Great Service!
• Safely drive customer vehicles onto and off the tunnel conveyor – Safety in Every Action!
• Properly position vehicles on the conveyor and place them in neutral before beginning the wash process.
• Operate the sending station and send rollers once the vehicle is safely loaded and properly positioned.
• Safely unload vehicles from the tunnel and drive them to the appropriate service or parking area. 
• Clean the inside windshield after unloading each vehicle before moving on to the next vehicle.
• Assist with vacuuming vehicles at the entrance when needed.
• Remain alert and aware of customers, teammates, vehicles, equipment, and tunnel operations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle loading, unloading, and surrounding work areas.
• Answer questions, solve concerns, and deliver top-tier service with a smile. 
• Follow safety protocols to keep yourself, our customers, their vehicles, and the team protected.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 20 lbs. 
• Frequently enter and exit customer vehicles throughout the shift.
• Frequently move between seated and standing positions.
• Stay on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
• Kneel, crouch, and work in all weather conditions—hot, cold, rain, or shine—we are 100% outdoors.
• The ability to walk and talk throughout the day—this is a highly physical, interactive job!
