Position Summary
The Supervisor, Workplace Experience is responsible for leading a team of four Concierge Associates in delivering an elevated workplace hospitality experience within a corporate office environment. This role oversees daily concierge operations, workplace presentation standards, meeting and event execution, conference room operations, inventory management, and facilities coordination. The Supervisor serves as a key point of contact for employees, clients, visitors, vendors, and business partners, ensuring a seamless, professional, and client-focused workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of four Concierge Associates.
- Establish and maintain high standards for customer service, hospitality, and workplace operations.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions.
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and service support across all workplace functions.
- Serve as the escalation point for service-related issues and concerns.
Concierge & Workplace Hospitality
- Oversee daily concierge operations and front-of-house services.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Support executive visits, VIP meetings, and client engagements.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and client-ready workplace environment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workplace hospitality and employee experience.
Event & Meeting Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, corporate events, employee engagement activities, and client functions.
- Lead weekly event planning meetings with stakeholders and support teams.
- Maintain and manage the office event calendar and event tracking tools.
- Communicate event requirements, timelines, and updates to meeting hosts and stakeholders.
- Coordinate event logistics, including room setup, catering, audiovisual support, signage, and special requests.
- Provide on-site event support to ensure successful execution and a positive attendee experience.
Conference Room Operations
- Oversee meeting room readiness and presentation standards.
- Coordinate setup and reconfiguration of conference rooms and multipurpose spaces, including boardroom, classroom, theater, and collaborative layouts.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure spaces are fully prepared prior to meetings and events.
- Partner with technology teams to address audiovisual and room functionality needs.
Catering & Hospitality Programs
- Coordinate catering services for meetings, events, executive functions, and client engagements.
- Manage catering orders, vendor communication, setup, refresh services, and breakdown activities.
- Ensure food and beverage presentations meet hospitality and service standards.
- Oversee pantry operations and maintain hospitality spaces in an organized, fully stocked condition.
Facility Inspections & Coordination
- Conduct routine floor walks and workplace audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, functionality, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Inspect conference rooms, pantries, reception areas, common spaces, and storage areas.
- Identify facility-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on maintenance and repair tickets.
- Partner with facilities teams, building management, and vendors to resolve workplace issues.
Inventory & Operational Management
- Manage inventory of office supplies, pantry products, hospitality items, and event materials.
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, and replenishment activities.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor supply levels and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain workplace reports, event tracking logs, inventory records, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, workplace experience, event management, conference services, facilities coordination, or related fields.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hospitality and customer service orientation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and workplace management systems.
- Experience with event management, room reservation, and facilities ticketing platforms preferred.

The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
