About the role
The Associate Trainer supports the delivery of the standardized Onboarding Core Curriculum for new employees across the CX organization. This role assists with scheduling, session logistics, and trainee documentation, while building foundational facilitation skills under the guidance of more experienced trainers.
What you'll do
Onboarding & Training Execution
Assist in delivering the standardized Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires.
Support facilitation of instructor-led training (ILT) sessions as deployed by Enablement Partners during Weeks 2–4.
Assist with scheduling, credential setup, and coordination of onboarding logistics.
Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists.
Support hands-on exercises, simulations, and role-plays under trainer guidance.
Ongoing Training & Development
Deliver refresher or ad-hoc training under request from Enablement Partners.
Assist in maintaining and updating training materials for operational needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with SMEs, floor managers, and Enablement Partners to ensure training aligns with operational requirements.
Communicate training objectives and expectations clearly to trainees and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback
Collect trainee feedback and assist in identifying gaps in learning materials.
Support updates to content based on QA findings, SME insights, and operational changes.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll need
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methods
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of technical support, and ideally, experience in POD 3 or 6.
Basic facilitation and classroom management skills
Communication and active listening
Documentation and record-keeping
Collaboration and teamwork
Attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability and flexibility
1 year of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Adult Education or Education, Instructional Design & Technology, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field required.
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certification, CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer), LinkedIn Learning or ATD micro-credentials in Facilitation or Instructional Design certifications preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

In-Office Requirement
The position must be performed under a hybrid work model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote or 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (or as applicable to the role). Specific arrangements will be reviewed and confirmed with your manager based on the department's needs.Manager Approval
