About the role
About Savvy Wealth:
Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.
Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.
AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.
The trajectory is steep and it's still early. We're a Series C company with 170+ people, $200M raised, and $100M ARR in sight this year. Inc. ranked us the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America in 2026. Come build the next stage with us!

The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to build and own Savvy’s enablement engine so Sales and Operations employees ramp faster, stay proficient as the business evolves, and consistently execute at a high level. You will own the end-to-end development of translating complex products, processes, and tools into practical, engaging training that improves employee performance and reduces the burden on functional leaders.
You’ll work closely with leaders and subject-matter experts across the business to identify capability gaps, build scalable learning solutions, and measure whether those programs are actually changing behavior and improving performance. You’ll also play a key role in how Savvy uses AI to scale enablement and help our teams incorporate AI more effectively into their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
Own onboarding and ramp programs for core Sales and Operations teams, including developing curricula, milestones, practice opportunities, and clear proficiency standards
Build and manage Savvy’s ongoing enablement program, including recurring training, refreshers, certifications, coaching resources, and targeted interventions based on performance gaps
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and other subject-matter experts to translate complex products, processes, and launches into practical, role-specific training
Diagnose capability and performance gaps across teams and determine when enablement can meaningfully improve employee performance
Create engaging training experiences that emphasize practice, application, and behavior change rather than passive content consumption
Establish and track metrics across ramp time, proficiency, training effectiveness, adoption, productivity, and downstream business outcomes
Build scalable systems that capture institutional knowledge from functional leaders and SMEs without requiring them to repeatedly build and facilitate training themselves
Use AI to increase the quality, personalization, and scalability of enablement through tools such as simulations, role plays, coaching resources, and learning content
Must Have:
You have 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales enablement, operations enablement, or a related role, with experience owning programs end to end
You have experience building or meaningfully improving onboarding and ramp programs for customer-facing, revenue-generating, or operational teams
You’re an exceptional facilitator and teacher who can make complex or dry topics simple, practical, engaging, and memorable
You think about enablement through the lens of business performance and understand that the goal is not course completion — it’s faster ramp, stronger proficiency, better execution, and higher productivity
You’re comfortable diagnosing ambiguous performance problems, identifying the underlying capability gaps, and translating them into actionable programs
You’re a strong cross-functional partner who can work effectively with senior leaders and SMEs, extract the right expertise, and turn it into scalable learning
You’re highly data-driven and comfortable establishing success metrics, evaluating program effectiveness, and iterating based on what the data tells you
You’re a builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can create programs from scratch, and is comfortable iterating as products, processes, and priorities evolve
You’re highly fluent with AI and regularly use it to improve how you work, build new capabilities, and create leverage
