About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.
At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Account Executive – US to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.
In this key role, you act as a primary driver for our revenue growth in the US market. You will own the full sales lifecycle to expand our footprint, forging strong partnerships with industrial enterprise accounts. By bringing automated solutions to key manufacturing players, you will directly scale our mission to transform modern manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Pipeline Generation: Execute target outreach strategies in close collaboration with SDRs to systematically build qualified enterprise pipeline.
Manage End-to-End Sales Cycles: Own the complex B2B sales lifecycle from initial discovery and technical scoping through executive negotiations and contract execution.
Champion Technical Solutions: Communicate the value proposition and technical ROI of RobCo's physical AI and modular automation solutions to C-level executives and plant leaders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Solution Engineering and Product teams to align technical specifications, assess project feasibility, and deliver tailored automation proposals.
Pipeline Hygiene & Data Quality: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, stage progression, forecasting, and key deal intelligence.
Customer Site Evaluations: Travel to client facilities across North America to conduct site walkthroughs, build executive relationships, and uncover operational bottlenecks.
Represent the Brand: Represent RobCo as a trusted advisor at key industrial tradeshows, conferences, and executive events.
We're looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4-6 years of direct enterprise B2B sales experience (e.g., as an Account Executive), managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles in tech, SaaS, robotics, or industrial automation.
Industry knowledge: familiarity with manufacturing environments and the confidence to hold a conversation with a plant manager and a CFO in the same afternoon.
Business acumen: you are comfortable with production KPIs, cycle times, machine utilization and shift structures, and you know what a payback period has to look like before a CFO signs it.
A proven track record selling technical or hardware products to industrial clients and technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR responsibility) and successfully negotiating complex enterprise agreements.
Mastery of structured sales methodologies (such as MEDDPICC or SPIN) applied in technical sales environments.
Solid understanding of industrial applications, manufacturing workflows, machine tools (CNC), or Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) models.
High standard for data accuracy, pipeline management, and forecasting integrity.
Willingness to travel up to 50–75% within North America for client meetings, trade shows, onsite evaluations, and international team offsites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
