Account Manager (Greentech) (m/f/d) - Brazilian market

Please note that for this role, C1 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time position and you need to be based in São Paulo or nearby.

 

What you will do

 

• Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Brazilian market.

• Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.

• Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.

• Identify and capitalize on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

• Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

 

• Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.

• Previous experience in a SAAS B2B Environment (is a plus).

• Previous experience in a start-up ecosystem (is a plus).

• Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English.
