Sales Recruiter

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to drive our business growth. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing sales team by utilizing effective recruiting strategies and establishing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.   Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified sales candidates.  
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.  
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.  
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.  
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.

  Qualifications:  

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in sales or a similar field.  
• Strong understanding of sales roles and the sales hiring process.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.  
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
