Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support requirement clarification during development and testing.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across business processes.
• Assist with validation of delivered features against agreed business requirements.
• Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are feasible and correctly understood.
• Use data and available analytics tools to support business decisions and product improvements.
Qualifications
- • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with process modeling and flow diagrams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic technical understanding sufficient to collaborate effectively with software development teams.
• Curious, proactive mindset with openness to learning and exploring new areas.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is considered a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other product analytics tools is a plus.
