Senior Analytics Engineer/Digital Insights Analyst

About the project:
The project focuses on analyzing digital sales, customer behavior, and online performance data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for commercial improvement.
You will be:
- analyzing sales, customer behavior, and digital performance data,
- querying, combining, structuring, and preparing data from multiple sources,
- building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports,
- defining and analyzing business KPIs,
- identifying trends, anomalies, and performance improvement opportunities,
- translating business questions into data analyses, actionable insights, and recommendations,
- proactively identifying opportunities to improve digital sales and webshop performance,
- communicating findings clearly to business stakeholders.
Your profile:
- professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst,
- strong practical SQL skills,
- strong practical Power BI skills, including dashboard and report development,
- strong Databricks skills,
- experience working with combining, structuring, and preparing datasets for analysis and reporting,
- ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations,
- good understanding of business KPIs, trends, and anomaly analysis,
- good command of English,
- strong stakeholder communication skills.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience with Snowflake and Python or R,
- experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or web analytics.
