Who You Will Be Working With
At PMG, our Out of Home (OOH) team delivers strategic media solutions that connect brands with audiences in impactful, measurable ways. We combine marketplace expertise, data-driven insights, and innovative thinking to create OOH campaigns that support client business objectives and complement broader media strategies.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional media teams, client partners, media owners, vendors, and production partners to plan and execute OOH campaigns from initial strategy through launch and measurement. You’ll bring an understanding of audiences, markets, formats, inventory, and budgets to help clients make informed investment decisions across traditional and digital Out of Home.
You’ll also have the opportunity to explore emerging OOH formats, measurement capabilities, data applications, and marketplace opportunities while building strong relationships with media partners. You’ll help identify new ways to deliver value for clients through thoughtful negotiations, added-value opportunities, innovative placements, and continually improving how we plan and execute OOH media.
As a Lead in Out of Home, if you’re passionate about developing thoughtful media strategies, owning campaigns from planning through reporting, building strong client and partner relationships, and continuing to advance your OOH expertise, this is the place to make an impact.
What You Will Be Doing
-
Lead OOH strategy, planning, and buying for assigned customers, ensuring recommendations align with business objectives, target audiences, market considerations, and budgets.
-
Manage OOH campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from initial planning and buying through production, launch, monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.

Serve as the primary OOH lead for assigned customers, providing strategic guidance, presenting recommendations, and building trusted client relationships while supporting additional customers as needed.
-
Translate client objectives into actionable OOH recommendations, including market selection, audience strategy, format mix, inventory, investment levels, and timing.
-
Manage media partner relationships, source and evaluate inventory, negotiate rates, secure added value, and identify new opportunities that strengthen client media investments.
-
Partner with vendors and production teams to manage campaign specifications, creative requirements, timelines, trafficking, and launches while maintaining strong quality standards.
-
Collaborate with planning, strategy, analytics, and other media channel teams to integrate OOH recommendations into broader media plans and client proposals.

Monitor campaign delivery and marketplace conditions, proactively identifying potential issues and working with internal and external partners to develop solutions.
-
Leverage available audience, marketplace, performance, and measurement data to evaluate OOH effectiveness and translate campaign results into actionable client insights.
-
Identify emerging formats, inventory opportunities, measurement solutions, and industry developments that can strengthen OOH strategies and create additional value for clients.
-
Support and mentor junior team members by sharing OOH expertise, providing guidance on campaign execution, and helping strengthen planning, buying, and client communication skills.
-
Contribute to the continued improvement of PMG’s OOH capabilities by sharing marketplace knowledge, strengthening processes, and identifying opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.
-
Use AI, automation, and technology where appropriate to improve planning, research, campaign management, quality assurance, and reporting while enabling faster, more informed decision-making.
-
While this role is primarily focused on Out of Home media, responsibilities may extend across additional media channels as needed to support evolving client and business priorities.
