Your Impact:
Pearce seeks a highly motivated Office Admin/Estimator internally known as Program Specialist to work with our Wireline service lines. As a Program Specialist working with the Wireline team, you will be responsible for estimating, managing work orders, preparing work orders for billing and communicating with and in support of our operation team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and comfort working with Excel and other software programs for data entry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collect and review project details to create clear and accurate estimates for costs, materials, and labor
- Submit estimates to customers promptly, including all necessary documentation for their review.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide support during the estimation process, ensuring clarity and addressing any concerns.
- Oversee work orders throughout the week, conducting daily quality control checks and approving timesheets
- Process work order for billing including true-up for actuals and update the work order accordingly.
- Communicate with project managers, field leaders, and other departments in support of operations and to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Monitor systems, dashboards, and other reporting to prioritize estimate deadlines, QC and billing.
Specific duties may vary or evolve based on business and client needs.
Core Experience:
- 2-3+ years of Billing / Administration experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in Excel: formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, data entry, etc.
- General technical proficiency
- Keyboard and 10-key proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
This is a Hybrid position. Must be able to work in office in Paso Robles, CA
