About the Role:
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief People & Culture Officer, this role leads a team responsible for People & Culture technology, operations, analytics, and enablement. Leads the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of People & Culture (P&C) technology, operations, and enablement programs that drive organizational effectiveness, workforce insights, employee experience, and operational excellence. Serves as the enterprise leader responsible for P&C systems, P&C data and analytics, process optimization, automation, AI-enabled workforce solutions, and People operations infrastructure.
Partners closely with P&C leadership, technology teams, and external vendors to develop scalable and secure solutions that enhance workforce capabilities, improve decision-making, and enable the P&C function to operate as a strategic business partner. Operates as a forward-thinking leader who balances innovation, governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Develops and executes the enterprise P&C technology roadmap aligned with organizational, workforce, and business priorities.
- Partners closely with and reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief People & Culture Officer on key initiatives, outcomes, and organizational priorities.
- Leads governance, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of P&C technology platforms, including HRIS, talent, recruiting, learning, performance, rewards, and workforce planning solutions.
- Ensures P&C systems, processes, and data practices comply with regulatory, privacy, security, risk, and internal control requirements.
- Designs and improves end-to-end P&C processes, workflows, service delivery models, and operating metrics.
- Drives operational excellence through standardization, simplification, automation, and process redesign.
- Establishes workforce data quality, governance, reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights for leaders, regulators, and the Board.
- Partners with People Business Partners and senior leaders to translate workforce insights into talent, organizational, and business recommendations.
- Identifies and implements automation, AI, and digital solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experience.
- Leads cross-functional transformation, adoption, and change management efforts that modernize P&C capabilities.
- Leads and develops team members, manages vendor relationships, and oversees project prioritization, budgets, contracts, and implementation activities.
- Requires travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight and out of state.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Technology, HR Operations, People Analytics, or related functions.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience leading HRIS, workforce analytics, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, board reporting, or regulatory reporting preferred.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Salary range: $125,000– $208,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
