About the role
About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.
As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

You could be a Business Value Creation Manager anywhere; why us?
- Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in 2 years, targeting a $6T market)
- Work directly with our CEO and Founder, Sushanth Raman
- Help transform a massive industry and scale us toward a $10B+ business
About the opportunity:
This role sits in the Office of the CEO and owns the business value case for strategic enterprise accounts: what the deployment is worth, whether it delivered, and what happens next commercially. You'll build the models, run the customer conversations, and stay on the account through the change program. You'll work day-to-day with Sushanth, our office of the CEO team, sales, and agent product management.
Why this role is different:
- The recommendation is where the work starts, not where it ends. Here you build the value case, sit with the operators while it deploys, and beyond.
- A seat in the Office of the CEO. You work directly with Sushanth, our founder and CEO. No bureaucratic layers in between.
- The interesting problems here are unglamorous. Freight brokers, 3PLs, carriers, messy TMS and ERP data, operators who've sat through three failed automation pilots. AI applied to an industry with real operational depth, which is the only kind that survives a diligence question.
- This is intense. SF office five days a week, 60+ hour weeks, customer calls on short notice. If you're leaving consulting for better hours, this isn't it. If you're leaving because you want to own the outcome, this is.
- The scope compounds. You're early enough that what you build becomes the standard, rather than a slide in someone else's deck.
How you will make an impact:
- Own the value case for strategic accounts. Pick the drivers, size the prize, and defend the assumptions in front of a customer SVP who has heard a lot of promises about AI
- Build models that survive the room. Scenario logic, layered assumptions, open and closed-book: they hold up when a CFO changes a driver mid-conversation
- Grow the accounts we've already won. Find the next tranche of value and prove it. That's how a six-month engagement becomes a multi-year partnership
- Be who we send when an account is in trouble. Diagnose what actually broke, run a real transformation instead of a fire drill, and give the customer evidence rather than goodwill
- Carry accounts from first business case to realized ROI. Through the change program, the commercial conversations, and the close-out on what the deployment was worth
- Own the work that has no owner yet. Contracting, partnerships, deal desk, sales ops. What you build becomes how Pallet does it
Preferred experience:
- 2+ years in management consulting, PE operations, or a value creation / transformation team
- Advanced Excel modeling: scenario logic, assumption layering, open- and closed-book
- Business case construction in segments new to you
- Direct ownership of an account through a change program, not advisory-only work
- Executive communication: you can hold a room and defend a number under pressure
- Nice to have: logistics or supply chain exposure, startup operating experience, hands-on AI use
Interview Process:
- Chat with Grace Turner, Head of Talent - 30 mins
- Business case conversation with Ryan Gu, Value Creation - 45-60 mins
- Short Excel modeling exercise, on your own time
- Final interview - onsite in San Francisco, ~3.5 hours
- Brief Background Check and Reference Check
We move fast, and we'll keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and growth opportunities. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
