We're hiring a Plant Manager to run our Ferndale facility. This role comes with company equity, and our pay and equity reflect the hours and ownership we expect.

You will:

• Run daily plant operations: scheduling, throughput, quality, and on-time shipping

• Manage a large team with lots of inputs, outputs, shipping, timing, and training

• Keep the plant moving on very short cycle times, where the industry says a week and we say a day

• Set and enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance across the floor

• Train and develop operators, with documentation to back it up

• Inspire and lead people every day

You should be:

• Someone who has run a shop or factory before, or managed large teams with complex inputs and outputs

• Familiar with 24/7 operations

• Experienced in a low lead time environment. This is the big one. Most of machining thinks "it'll take a week." Here it's "do it in a day."

• Extremely organized and always on time

• A documented trainer: you've built training programs and can show it

• Safety-first, with real OSHA knowledge

• A leader with an insanely great attitude who makes people want to follow

• Willing and wanting to work long hours, knowing equity and pay reflect that

• Someone who cares about reindustrializing America and our mission

This role is full time, in person in Detroit.
