What You'll Do
As the Hospitality Manager, you will serve as a key ambassador for the resident experience, ensuring exceptional service standards across the community. Responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee hospitality programs, services, and resident engagement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, guests, and team members.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate special events, celebrations, and community activities that enhance resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department leaders to deliver seamless service and exceptional experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop hospitality team members.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance resident experiences.
- Support move-ins and orientation activities to ensure a warm welcome for new residents.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident feedback data.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and person-centered service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house management role within hospitality, senior living, dining services, hotel operations, or a related customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service, resident satisfaction, and relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience coordinating and executing catering events, including consulting with residents, families, and clients to plan successful events and special occasions.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of residents, guests, and team members.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and speak English.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
