Middle Frontend Developer (React.js)

We are looking for a skillful Web Frontend Developer to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.   Our tech stack is built around React, Node.js, and TypeScript. We are working with startups in their early stages (MVPs) as well as established products and companies, which makes the job full of diverse and exciting challenges while crafting innovative solutions.   Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone and collaborate with clients from diverse industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, and many others.

Salary: PLN 9.000 - 15.000 + VAT (B2B)

Your future tasks:

• Write clean and understandable code following best practices.
• Care about understanding the business domain of a product
• Contribute to product design improvements from a technical perspective, discuss implementation details
• Actively participate in project discussions and propose solutions.
• Attend client meetings, listen to client needs and propose solutions after consulting with the team.
• Share insights with the team, diagnose issues, and focus on solutions.
• Support other developers in the company by sharing your knowledge and suggesting better solutions

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with React, used it to build complex dashboards, or custom solution
• Experience with React-based frameworks (like Next or Tanstack Start), TypeScript and Docker Containers
• Used and configured Webpack, Babel or similar tools
• Experienced in testing React applications
• Know how to work with REST APIs using modern tools (e.g. React Query)
• Have a good understanding of modern JavaScript, know its pros and flaws, and follow best practices
• Practical experience and knowledge of working with AI tools: critically reviewing AI work (Claude Code, Cursor, Zed, or similar), constantly improving workflows, and expanding knowledge of potential use cases.

• English level B2 to cooperate with American clients
• Polish level C1 to communicate easily within the team
• Motivate and inspire others through a proactive approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues, suggest solutions, and make decisions based on project requirements
• Clear and constructive communication to share insights and convey information to team members and clients
• A proactive attitude to seek improvements, identify challenges, and take necessary actions to address risks and enhance productivity

Nice to have:

• You want to expand your knowledge and experience and are willingly discovering and testing new front-end libraries and tools
• Interest in developing AI SDLC practices, agent-assisted software development, Agents orchestration would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Scrum and experience working with Agile methodologies, open-source contributions
• You understand what an MVP is and what to focus on when building it
