People Business Partner

 

As an Senior/Expert-level People Business Partner (all genders), you'll lead complex, high-impact people strategy work across Lucanet and shape how we scale People Partnering through AI-enabled processes, tools and frameworks.

You'll join the Talent Solutions team, reporting into the Talent Solutions leadership team, and act as the go-to subject-matter expert for senior leadership on organization design, structural compensation decisions, complex employee relations and AI-driven people analytics. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, role design and leadership capability, backed by data.
• Own strategic People topics including performance management, compensation and structural pay decisions, job architecture, and talent and succession cycles.
• Drive enhancements to AI-enabled People tools, workflows and knowledge bases, ensuring complex cases reach the right expert.
• Manage high-stakes employee relations cases and large restructurings, mentoring Senior People Business Partners on escalated matters.
• Design and deliver data-triggered interventions such as leadership development themes and targeted capability programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional People & Organization initiatives across the business.

What you bring

You have:

• Deep expertise in people strategy, organization design, compensation governance and talent processes, applied to complex, multi-team decisions.
• Led or resolved sensitive employee relations cases involving large-scale or structural/financial decisions.
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable designing and improving AI-enabled People workflows and turning data into practical business recommendations.
• Proven ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders with sound, independent judgment.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Experience mentoring or directing other People Business Partners on escalated or complex cases.
• Experience co-leading cross-functional change initiatives across a global or matrixed organization.
