About the role
Are you passionate about collaboration, delivering a great customer experience, and working in and with a great team ?
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for our BC branch located in Vancouver to work in partnership with our local Sales Team to provide knowledgeable and excellent customer service to our clients!
A Day in the Life:

Coordinating and administering tasks and projects with the sales team and our clients including:
-
Managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
-
Supporting account and territory planning,
-
Building statements of work (SOWs) and other contract templates
-
Assisting with resourcing requests
-
Handling account management changes
-
Supporting client business reviews and contract renewals
-
Liaising with the accounting & finance team on various tasks as needed, such as invoice information and approvals, accounts receivable, and project budgets
-
Supporting account managers through executing small quotes and solutions from clients
-
Planning, organizing, and performing multiple tasks concurrently, while setting priorities, and focusing on detail, quality, and meeting deadlines

Providing out of office coverage for account managers to ensure quick response to clients and account managers
What You Bring:
-
2+ years of experience in business administration or coordinator, preferably in sales operations, licensing and Procurement

Exceptional customer facing skills
-
Licensing program knowledge
-
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
-
Drive and passion for sales

Out-of-the-box and proactive thinking
-
High energy with strong initiative
-
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems
-
Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerBI
-
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
-
Ability to build collaborative working relationships
