Client Acquisitions Specialist, Inside Sales

At Koala Health, we are disrupting pet healthcare by making medication simple, delightful, and accessible. Having successfully launched our pre-sorted pharmacy delivery service, we are expanding rapidly and building the next generation of pet care solutions.

We are looking for driven, competitive, and growth-minded Client Acquisition Specialists to fuel our next phase of scale. In this high-volume outbound sales role, you will connect directly with pet owners, pitch our high-value services, overcome objections, and drive direct conversions.   This role may require weekend availability. 

What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound outreach to warm leads.

• Deliver compelling value propositions, pitching Koala Health's solution to pet owners nationwide.

• Master objection-handling and sales execution to consistently meet and exceed weekly conversion targets.

• Manage and track your sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring tight follow-ups and clean record-keeping.

• Partner with sales leadership to refine outreach scripts, share pitch tactics, and sharp-tune conversion strategies

What You'll Need (Requirements)

• High school diploma or equivalent; weekend availability required (with two designated weekdays off).

• 2+ years of experience in sales, phone-based client acquisition, or target-driven customer engagement.

• High coachability, strong resilience, and an eagerness to build elite sales skills.

• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build fast rapport.

• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating CRMs and modern sales tools in a remote environment.
