About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Engineering Director, this is an individual contributor role focused on regional solution sales across Canada. The role will work closely with sales leaders in Canada on regional strategy, planning and execution, while partnering with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales, enablement and customer-facing teams to identify, shape and close opportunities with new and existing Keyloop customers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of structuring, planning and selling business solutions that address customer needs, ideally into the automotive market. Extensive collaboration will be required across multi-functional teams. A successful candidate will understand the automotive industry, customer business processes and how technology-enabled solutions can improve performance, efficiency and customer experience.
They will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, demonstrate resilience and be committed to a performance culture. The candidate will ideally also have good experience, either as a user or provider, of Keyloop solutions. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To deliver against sales objectives as per the company strategic and sales operating plans for the Canada region
- To meet those sales targets through partnering with the Portfolio team to identify opportunities and conducting joint sales presentations.
- Produce Quarterly Sales Plans
- Responsible for production of accurate quarterly and annual forecasts.
- Implement and utilise fully the Keyloop Sales Model and core processes.
- Work closely with Canadian sales leaders to support regional strategy, pipeline planning and execution across the Canada market.
- To work closely with the Portfolio Teams to ensure a joined-up approach and presentation to the customer of ‘One Keyloop’.
- Ensuring the solution(s) are successful in market.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to help produce sales support material for the regional portfolio team members.
- Work alongside Product, Sales, Pre-Sales and other departments to ensure a joined-up approach to customer engagement and opportunity execution.
- Ensure Product Sales Presentations are up to date along with other POS material and uploaded on shared portals.
- To feedback market intelligence to increase the internal market knowledge of competitor products.
Skills and Experience required
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience
- Experience within the automotive sector beneficial
- Fluency in English is required; Canadian French language capability is a benefit.
- Track record in selling business solutions, software, services or technology-enabled process improvements that deliver customer value.
- Ability to understand customer challenges, align solutions to business outcomes and articulate value to stakeholders at varied levels.
- An understanding of the sales cycle - Work closely with existing Company’s and new business customers to deliver solutions that meet their business and technical requirements.
- A proven track record of sales quota attainment (achieving and overachieving).
- Customer focused - maturity and diplomacy to manage engagement at varied levels within the target client organisations.
- Able to implement a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques and use of Salesforce.
- Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive.
- Highly organised within a process orientated environment. Computer literate and familiarity with SF.com an advantage
