Onsite Coordinator
We are looking for an onsite Coordinator to work in our onsite office at our client’s premises in Teesside, TS23 4DU
As a onsite Onsite Coordinator you will need to have:

Knowledge of right to work policies in the UK

Good people management skills

Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload

Ability to work productively under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Keen eye for detail

Knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word)

Driving licence would be an advantage as off site travel is sometimes required

Role of a on site coordinator:
-
Booking of staff for shifts to ensure orders are fulfilled

Supporting completion of daily payroll and client reports
-
Updating of various reports and trackers
-
Ensuring maximum number of shifts are filled each week
-
Advertising vacancies and pre screening candidates
-
Presenting group inductions
-
Carrying out right to work checks on applicants
-
Ensuring all induction packs are completed to the required standard
