CNC Tool Shop Operator (m/f/d)

Mission Brief 
Diese Position bietet mehr als klassisches Werkzeugmanagement. Du wirst Teil des Aufbaus unserer neuen Fertigung in Parsdorf und erhältst die Möglichkeit, Strukturen, Standards und Prozesse im ToolShop aktiv mitzugestalten und nachhaltig zu prägen.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Sicherstellen der Werkzeugverfügbarkeit für unsere CNC-Fertigung durch termingerechte Bereitstellung von Werkzeugen und Werkzeugpaketen

• Voreinstellen und Vermessen von Zerspanungswerkzeugen mit modernen Mess- und Voreinstellsystemen

• Zusammenbau kompletter Werkzeugpakete für neue und bestehende Fertigungsaufträge

• Organisation der Werkzeugausgabe und Rücknahme sowie Verwaltung des Werkzeugbestands

• Überwachung von Mindestbeständen und Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Zubehör

• Pflege und Verwaltung von Werkzeugdaten in unseren digitalen Systemen

• Aktive Mitgestaltung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ToolShops und der zugehörigen Prozesse

• Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Werkzeuglager und Arbeitsbereich

Qualification Checklist 

• Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fertigung, Werkzeugmanagement oder Werkzeugvoreinstellung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zerspanungswerkzeugen und deren Einsatz in der CNC-Bearbeitung

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick

• Can-do Haltung und die Bereitschaft, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern

• Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Programmierung und Arbeitsvorbereitung

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
