Revenue Strategy & Analytics Director
About the role
Hover helps people design, improve, and protect the properties they love. With proprietary AI built on over a decade of real property data, Hover answers age-old questions like “What will it look like?” and “What will it cost?” Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals rely on Hover to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive 3D models of any property — all from a smartphone scan in minutes.
At Hover, we’re driven by curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to serving our customers, communities, and each other. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and are proud to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture that inspires growth, accountability, and excellence. Backed by leading investors like Google Ventures and Menlo Ventures, and trusted by industry leaders including Travelers, State Farm, and Nationwide — we’re redefining how people understand and interact with their spaces.
Why Hover wants you
Our sales-led business is growing faster than the systems that measure it. We need one person who can build a complete, trustworthy view of that business and then use it to change how we run. You'll design the instrumentation, automate the reporting that today takes people days, and hand the board, our CEO, our CFO, and our CRO a single source they can act on. Then you'll go after the gaps those numbers expose.
You will contribute by
Building Hover's sales analytics and strategy function from a partial foundation into a system the whole company relies on. You'll instrument the metrics that describe our sales-led business, then automate the work that surrounds them: the CRO's weekly metrics pack, board deck preparation, and our annual revenue planning models. You'll design agentic workflows and use AI tooling to do in minutes what currently takes a person a week, which is what frees you to spend real time on strategy. From there, you'll identify where the business is leaking or underinvesting and drive the projects that fix it. You'll work with our CRO weekly, partner with our CFO, VP of Sales, and GTM Systems leadership, and lead a small analytics team.
