Job Summary:
As a Video Editor Intern at Groww, you will work closely with our experienced video production team to assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content. You will collaborate with the core production unit to create, organize, and manage video assets across our various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
This internship provides valuable insights into the full video production lifecycle and offers the opportunity to refine your editing skills in a fast-paced, real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Assist in transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for YouTube, social media channels, and internal communications
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Post-Production: Execute technical tasks including color correction, sound editing, and the addition of special effects or animations to enhance overall production value.
- Quality Control: Ensure all video output strictly adheres to established branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and software updates to contribute fresh ideas and optimize editing workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside videographers, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure a cohesive and compelling final product.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Good command of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional tools.
- Production Knowledge: Basic understanding of video production equipment, lighting, and filming techniques.
- Storytelling Skills: A keen eye for visual storytelling and a strong attention to detail.

- Portfolio: A decent portfolio or demo reel showcasing your previous video editing work and creative style.
